Please be advised that Unity Healthcare will continue to provide a safe and sustainable service by continuing to request that patients contact us by eConsult in the first instance (or telephone if unable). 

This way, we are able to ensure that everyone is able to get what they need, when they need it. We will continue to provide face to face appointments on the basis of need, following assessment from an expert clinician. 

Being a healthcare setting, we care for a lot of patients who are vulnerable and may have no option but to attend the surgery for important monitoring. We therefore will continue the policy of mandatory wearing of face coverings in the surgery at all times. We appreciate that this may cause some frustration for some, but need to ensure that we do whatever we can to protect the most vulnerable from the ongoing threat of Coronavirus.

We thank you for your ongoing support and patience, and for supporting one another in our community.

Due to COVID-19, Clements Surgery is currently the only site that is open.

Kedington Surgery will reopen between the hours of 10:15am and 11:45am every Wednesday morning. This is to allow the collection of prescriptions only and will act as a pick up point, with no access to the Surgery.
